Inspired Consulting at Eplan Next26
We joined Eplan Next26 in Munich for a tandem presentation on data management and data exchange in shipbuilding, and met engineers at our booth to talk about connected engineering data.

A few days after Eplan Next26 in Munich, we’re back home with a lot of good impressions and interesting conversations still on our minds.
Over the two days, we had many discussions around engineering data, connected systems, and the challenges companies face when information is spread across different tools and stakeholders. One thing became very clear: these challenges are relevant across many different industries, not just shipbuilding.

Together with Eplan, we presented a tandem session on data management and data exchange in complex projects, using shipbuilding as an example. Feeko Harders and Marc-Michael Reeh from Eplan joined Christian Albrecht and Oliver Tigges on stage to discuss how data exchange and data management in complex projects can be improved – and why a shared data foundation is key for transparency, traceability, and collaboration across teams and systems.
The session was followed by a great Q&A that continued into many interesting conversations afterwards.

At our booth
Alongside the presentation, we had many insightful exchanges at our booth around Squid Data Hub, integration approaches, and connected engineering workflows.
Thanks to everyone who stopped by, joined the presentation, or shared their thoughts with us.
